Vyapeksha Foundation is a Section 8 Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 and operates for charitable purposes.

All donations made through https://vyapeksha.in are voluntary contributions made towards the Foundation’s social welfare initiatives.

1. General Policy

Due to the charitable nature of donations, contributions once made are generally non-refundable.

Donations are immediately allocated towards ongoing and planned programs of the Foundation.

2. Eligible Cases for Refund

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate transaction
  • Technical payment error
  • Incorrect donation amount entered due to system malfunction
  • Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification)

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the donor must:

  • Send an email within 7 days of the transaction date
  • Provide transaction ID
  • Provide donation date and amount
  • Provide reason for refund request

4. Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

The Foundation reserves the right to verify all refund claims before approval.

5. Tax Exemption Impact

If a refund is processed after issuance of an 80G receipt, the original receipt shall be considered cancelled and must not be used for tax benefit purposes.

  • You are voluntarily contributing to Vyapeksha Foundation, a Section 8 Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013.
  • The donation is made out of your own free will and without expectation of any goods or services in return.
  • You understand that donations are generally non-refundable except in cases of duplicate or technical errors, as per our Refund Policy.
  • You agree to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
