Vyapeksha Foundation is incorporated as a Section 8 Company under the Companies Act, 2013 and operates as a not-for-profit organization dedicated to social welfare and community development initiatives.

By accessing this website or making a donation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Use of Website

Users agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You shall not:

The Foundation reserves the right to restrict or terminate access in case of misuse.

3. Donations & Contributions

3.1 Voluntary Nature

All donations made through this website are voluntary contributions made for charitable purposes. No goods or commercial services are provided in exchange.

3.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways including Razorpay.

The Foundation does not store debit/credit card or net banking credentials.

3.3 Currency

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the charitable nature of donations, contributions once made are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate transaction
  • Technical payment failure
  • Incorrect amount charged due to system error

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date by emailing us.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

The Foundation reserves the right to verify and approve refund claims at its sole discretion.

5. Tax Exemption (Section 80G)

Vyapeksha Foundation is registered under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, subject to validity of registration.

Eligible donors may claim tax benefits as per applicable Indian tax laws. Official donation receipts will be issued electronically upon successful transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, images, logos, graphics, and materials are the property of Vyapeksha Foundation and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Foundation shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
